Why the full moon?

The mass of the human body is largely made up of water, in the same way that the ocean is affected during the full moon , the effects of the gravitational pull in the body tend to alter the unbounded water areas of our bodies , affecting us in  different ways unique to each individual. During the full moon, rest, relaxation, meditaton is highly reccomended. During this period, social and intellectual activities with other human beings should take place to provide for the physical and emotional support among each other.

What do we discuss?

Anything that is listed under our philosophy or living practices that are substantiated scientifically.

How are meetings conducted?
In a serene environment, It is informal, come in casual attire. It can be set up with themes, potlucks,etc.  We always start by sitting in a circle, with a short meditation , this can be a group meditation led by someone, or as a group done to music or a recorded guided meditation. and then eating , interaction and discussion takes place for as long as the group tolerates it.

Basic Rules:

1. Not interrupting others
2. No offensive language
3. No domination of the discussion by 
    one individual.
4. Ridiculing others is not permitted.
5. Giving each other a turn.
6. Above all respecting each others  
    opinion.

It is suggested that a different person take turns leading the group and setting up each month.

Although this is a tragic event for haiti, we hope that this opportunity  be taken  by many countries, governments and organizations to start helping this beautiful country, that for so long has been neglected.  Let us become involved by asking and supporting our own government to help Haiti rebuilt it's infracstructure for the people.
From the depth of our conciousness, let us send our most positive energy and meditation to our Brothers and Sisters in Haiti.
Visualize a Haiti of Prosperity, Peace, Health and Love.
Visualize all the beautiful energy of all those that left their bodies to transform into the most positive energy in the Universe for its energy to return in the form of progress for Haiti.
